I believe that the unethical treatment of any woman or human is a violation of any person’s right to live in happiness, without persecution, judgement or shame. Taking a stand to represent common decency is and should be every person’s responsibility.
This is NOT A POLITICAL STANCE, no matter my personal feelings how I may or may not feel about Bob Filner’s Elected or Governmental Policies. This is my belief that Women, Children and our fellow human should be respected and treated with kindness to their fellow man.
This is a stand against a person, who has stated that he against abuse of women and is on a committee on this stance. Whether alleged or true, abused women in a psychological manor is wrong in my believe. This is my stand and belief, to tell the truth and act in a decent manner to your fellow human being.
I believe it is time for people to take back decency in the public, private and even government areas of life, just as I expect that you and I would in our homes with our own families.
I realize that you may or may not agree with my right to represent and post this sign. In addition you may have reservations about doing business with me, due to its posting, that is your right and I respect your decision.
Mike Slater (760KFMB) has requested that any person in San Diego to support the Recall of Bob Filner through the effort of placing this sign in their business or on their website or social media. I agree in letting everyone know where I stand on abuse, of ANYONE. – Listen LIVE to Mike Slater from 9am – 12pm M-F
On a personal note, I would like you to put yourself in the position of this or any abused person and ask yourself, would you stand for this or any abusive behavior? Ask anyone who has been abused, like me, and how hard it is to accept what happened, let alone tell anyone, to get help physically or psychologically.
I see the volume of antidepressants that leave my work place and I wish everyone and anyone in any abusive situation to seek help, take charge of your life and live the life you were meant to have and not to live in fear any further physical or psychological abuse.
I Thank you for your Response,
